Return Policy

If you need to make a return, please send back any unused items within 45 days of purchase. Your refund will be issued to your original form of payment. We’ll keep you informed with status emails the whole way.

*It may take up to 10 additional days for the funds to show after the initial charge is posted in your account.

Received The Wrong Item(s)

Occasionally we get our wires crossed and something doesn’t match what you ordered. You can use our returns portal to send it back and receive a refund. If you want to replace that item, you would need to place another order.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, you must go through our return process and place a new order. Original shipping fees are not refundable unless your item(s) were damaged, defective, or not what you ordered. Refunds for used products will only be issued if defective.

In Person Returns

Prefer to return in person? We accept online returns at our Hanes Brands Outlets, check if there is a location near you. Fill out the return quantity and return code on the packing slip enclosed with your order.
